Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, thawed beyond safety limits or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at manager@cherokeelocker.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds or Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement order at no additional cost. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to process.
