Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship all meat orders via insulated packaging with cold packs or dry ice to ensure safe transit. We primarily use UPS or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping speed required to maintain product integrity.

Shipping Days

To minimize weekend transit time, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CST on Wednesday may ship the following Monday to ensure freshness.

Shipping Areas

We currently only ship within the continental United States. 

Delivery Responsibility
Cherokee Locker is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses or failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.
